TASK BASED BILLING

Installed descriptions and suggested flat-rate amounts make this

a two-click event. Change, delete, and Install your own descriptions and default amounts.

You may change suggested amount upon billing the item, however, using default amounts

promotes consistency.

Establish your required retainer amount when a client matter is installed. (The retainer may be added later')
Establish minimum balance.
Insert payment and amount upon receipt.
A feature to request permission from the client to apply funds is included where required.
The Trust Account Report accurately displays all transaction for every client matter.

Print a "Pre-bills" anytime.

Print one invoice for a client matter, or all of a clients open matters for the month or quarter.
Print for an attorney by matter type.
Deliver via postal services
Deliver via email without having to do an attachement. You may add a note to print with a invoice/statement.

a) A delivery report displays delivered and none-delivered.

b) Make email corrections and resend.

All invoice/statements delivered create an archive file, and post a carry forward-balance to the next statement.

Use "Archive All" Button to save in the Archive folder. If corrections are ever necessary, you may recall the invoice, make the corrections and reprint.
Invoice/Statement clearly displays "Reprint"
